Order cancellation policy for LED display products
(1)、 Order cancellation deadline and processing rules
1. Failure to enter the production stage after order confirmation (≤ 2 working days)
-If the customer requests a cancellation within 2 working days after order confirmation (as we will respond quickly to the customer's order and arrange production as soon as possible), and we confirm that the production process has not been initiated, the order can be cancelled free of charge, and the prepaid amount (if any) already received will be fully refunded.
-If the order has entered the design or additional raw material pre procurement stage, the customer shall bear the actual cost incurred (such as customized design fees, raw material deposits, etc.), which shall be subject to our written accounting.
2. Production and subsequent stages
-All customized LED product projects (such as LED display screens) cannot be cancelled once the order is issued and the factory begins production.
▶ Special note: Due to your unilateral cancellation of the order, our shopping center will charge 50% of the sales price as compensation for the loss incurred by the shopping center. In this case, all consequences will be borne by you, please carefully consider before placing the order.
3. Non cancellable situations (non cancellable orders)
-Customized product specificity: All customized LED product projects (such as LED display screens) cannot be cancelled once the order is issued and the factory begins production.
-Inventory product orders with a status of 'shipped' cannot be cancelled.
-The order status in the account center is' goods delivered 'and cannot be cancelled.
(2)、Special circumstances explanation
1. Advance payment and deposit
-We usually charge a 50% advance payment as the order confirmation fee. If the order is cancelled beyond the "free cancellation deadline", the advance payment will not be refunded and can be deducted as liquidated damages or incurred costs.
2. Force Majeure
-If the order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, wars, changes in international policies, customs controls, etc., both parties shall not be liable for breach of contract, and the amount already received shall be negotiated based on actual losses.
3. Order modification
-The order cancellation policy does not apply to "order modifications" (such as adjusting specifications, quantities, delivery dates, etc.). Any modifications require written confirmation from both parties, and any cost changes will need to be recalculated.
